Canadian Charity

The Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (Canada), a registered Canadian charity, has engaged the Clinton Foundation, via Agency Agreement, to carry out our charitable activities on our behalf. With the financial support of the Canadian charity, the Enterprise Partnership, an initiative of the Clinton Foundation, is better able to manage all of the programmatic activities including enterprise development and program-related investments.

Christy Louth

Christy Louth serves as the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (Canada)’s Executive Director. As Executive Director she oversees the operations of Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (Canada) and manages its compliance with accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements while working in partnership with the Board to ensure that the mission and strategic goals are being met.

She is also responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, including Fundación Carlos Slim. Ms. Louth works closely with the charity’s agents (foremost being the Clinton Foundation), who carry out various charitable activities on the organization’s behalf.

In addition to her role as Executive Director, Ms. Louth serves on the Board of several publicly traded companies and advises for several grassroots charities. Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Louth held progressively senior roles in Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial advising on regulatory compliance, capital-raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions. She holds a BHK from the University of British Columbia, a MBA from Queen’s University and has her EMBA from Cornell University.

Jae Kim

A lawyer by training, Jae brings a diverse background in non-profit management, marketing and fundraising to her work as Deputy Director of Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (Canada).

Previously, she acted as the regional director for Portage in British Columbia, the only long-term residential treatment facility for addiction for youth in the province. Prior to this, Jae was the founding president of the Streetohome Foundation, an organization dedicated to addressing homelessness in Vancouver.

Before moving to Vancouver, she headed up strategic partnerships at the Empire State Development Corporating, New York’s chief economic development agency with a mission to promote the economy and the creation of new job and economic opportunities.

Jae holds a law degree from Oxford University and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Brown University. In addition to her role as Deputy Director, she serves on the board of two non-profits, the Vancouver Internaltional Film Festival and Portage.

Eric Nonacs

Eric Nonacs is an independent consultant who focuses on building results-oriented collaborations among and between the private sector, governments, philanthropy, and NGOs to address global challenges such as climate change, pandemic disease, poverty, and economic inequality. Until recently, Eric was the Vice President for Alliances and Partnerships at the Skoll Global Threats Fund.

Previously, Eric was the Managing Director for Global Affairs at Endeavour Financial, a merchant bank based in Vancouver, Canada. Concurrently, he served as a Senior Advisor to the William J. Clinton Foundation (a position he still holds). From June 2002 until August 2007, he was the Foreign Policy Advisor to President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. Throughout his career, Eric has developed organizations and programs supporting sustainable economic and social development, conflict resolution, increased access to health services, food security, and climate change mitigation across Africa, Europe, North America, and Latin America.

Eric holds an AB from the University of Chicago, an MA from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from New York University. He is the Chairman of Building Markets, the President of the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (Canada), and a Member of the Board of the Clinton Global Initiative. Eric is also a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Sabrina Saran

Sabrina Saran serves as Financial Administrator for the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (Canada) and is responsible for the corporate and fiscal administration. She works closely with the Executive Director to support the Board of Directors and various Committees to ensure that all internal and external accountabilities are adhered to.

Previously, Ms. Saran worked in the financial services industry for 8 years, in a variety of roles which included the management of a portfolio of clients by establishing and maintaining high-level individual and corporate relationships.

Ms. Saran holds a BA in Psychology from the University of British Colombia as well as an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
